At Kalora, your health matters — and we take it seriously. All nutritional estimations and calculations in the app are based on trusted methodologies and recommendations from reputable health organizations and peer-reviewed studies, including those from the World Health Organization (WHO), Harvard Medical School (HMS), the United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA), the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine (NASEM), and the International Society of Sports Nutrition (ISSN).
We also rely on research published in respected journals and platforms such as PubMed Central (PMC), ScienceDirect (Elsevier), and guidelines cited by experts like Helms, Aragon & Fitschen (2014) and Morton et al. (2018).

The app is incredibly easy to use! Just open Kalora and follow the instructions to start logging your meals via image, audio or text. Our AI will analyze the input to deliver the most accurate and relevant response.
The app leverages cutting-edge AI technology to generate highly accurate and relevant responses to your questions. However, please note that all responses are for informational purposes only and may contain inaccuracies. They should not be considered as professional advice, instructions, or recommendations. Always use your judgment and consult a qualified expert when needed.
Kalora provides general wellness information only. While our AI delivers highly personalized insights based on your data, it is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet or lifestyle.
If you're not completely satisfied with the response, try sending another image, text or audio with some changes to provide the AI with more details. You can also refine or rephrase your texts and audios to receive a more accurate response that better aligns with your needs. Experimenting with both can improve accuracy and relevance.
Because the app uses AI to analyze image, audio and text, a stable internet connection is required to ensure accurate, up-to-date responses and analysis.
